How it works
From your first call to your first lesson
No sign-up fee. You tell us about the player, we place them by age and level, and we agree the schedule with you before the first session.
- 01
Get in touch
Call (855) 556-0450 or send a message. We ask three things: the player's age, their level, and what they want out of tennis.
- 02
Fill in the registration form
Sign the player up on the registration form. It takes a minute and it is what puts them on our list.
- 03
We call you to set the schedule
We come back to you with the group that fits and the days it runs. Players are placed by age and level, never dropped into whatever has space.
- 04
Pay, then play
Payment comes before the first session, not after it. Where the right group is not obvious we book an evaluation first and set the schedule once we have seen the player hit. Junior packages start at $88 a month for one day a week, or $22 for a single drop-in class. The full price list shows every option.

Rivera Tennis academy is the best of the best when it comes to Tennis lesson. My son started his lessons here in late August taking private lessons under Coach Devin!! This is the first of any sport my son is playing and we were bit unsure how he might like it. Coach Devin has proved us that these were just our mere concerns. Our son has thrived under Coach Devin’s leadership and training. He is soo patient with our son and works with him at his level. It’s only been few months but our son has come a long way in the world of tennis. Coach Devin is also a very kind and respectful young man! Thank you Ivett for assigning him as our son’s coach. You will never get judged here at the court. Everyone encourages and is kind to each other.

I seriously wish I had found this place YEARS ago. They have great dedicated coaches who focus on technique while still making sure everyone in the class has a good time. Students are given time with different coaches (including conditioning!) And often get one-on-one attention. The biggest plus for me is that my kids and I can have our own classes at the same time...so everyone wins!

I can't say enough great things about this Rivera Tennis Academy! The coaches here are absolutely wonderful—each one brings a unique combination of expertise, passion, and positivity that makes learning both fun and effective. They truly care about the progress of each player, providing personalized attention and guidance tailored to individual needs. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, the coaches are always there to motivate you, offer constructive feedback, and help you achieve your goals. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, and I always leave feeling more confident in my skills. I highly recommend this academy to anyone looking to improve their tennis game or to even learn the game of tennis. Cheers-Tony

Common questions
Tennis lesson questions, answered
How do I get started?
Tell us the player’s age, level and what they want out of tennis, either by phone or through the registration form. We place you in a group by age and level, agree the days with you, and you pay before the first session.
Can we try a single class first?
Yes, and the first one is free. We run a free 30 minute tryout so a new player can get on court before you commit to anything — call Ivett on (732) 678-7708 to book one. After that a junior drop-in is $22 for a single class and an adult clinic is $30, $25 for members. Most families move onto a package: the cheapest is $88 a month for one day a week, which works out at about the same per class but holds the place.
I have never played. Is there a group for me?
Yes, at any age. Adults have two beginner clinics — Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00, and Saturday morning at 9:00 — where everyone is starting from the same place. For a child or a junior, book the free 30 minute tryout: we place players by level rather than by birthday, so we work out the right group from what we see on court. Call Ivett on (732) 678-7708 for either.
How much do tennis lessons cost in Spring, TX?
Junior classes start at $22 for a drop-in and run $88 to $484 a month by days per week. Adult clinics are $25 for members and $30 for non-members. Private lessons run $70 to $85 per hour. The price page lists every package, or call (855) 556-0450.
Do I need to be a Forest Oaks member?
Most programs welcome non-members at a slightly higher rate. Only our elite training programs require Forest Oaks membership.
